Nébulosité consists of an assemblage of several photographs from an installation created previously in the studio and evocative of a cloudscape. The collage establishes the topography of a cloud relief that suggests a planisphere, like those used in maps of the continents. The overall image forms a mosaic of longitudinal fragments whose junctions remain visible, suggesting an array of time zones. Thus, through the image’s division and recomposition, the work proposes a reflection on the intangible effects of time’s passing.
